Our team of customer support personnel provide 24 hour support 7 days per week to our Customers world wide. Our tier 1 through 3 personnel are in place to ensure our Customers' systems and personnel get the support their missions require.
Our staff is equipped to provide operations and maintenance, as well as software development, in support of tools and applications within our Customer's operations space and world wide. We provide exceptional personnel that can work well under stress and are comfortable interacting and briefing our Customers on the maintenance of networks, storage, and data. BKA staff are relied upon heavily during critical moments to ensure networks, storage, COTS and GOTS applications, operating
systems, and data meet operational requirements at all times.
Required disciplines in support of our Customer's O&M needs include, but are not limited to: Systems Architecture, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Storage Area Network (SAN) Engineering, Software Developers, Computer System Security Specialists, System Administrators, Systems Integrators, and Tiers 1, 2, & 3 Customer Service Center Personnel.
