Systems Integration and Project Management
BKA has several members on staff who are PMP and ITIL certified. Our team members support projects of all sizes and assist our clients with integrating enterprise wide systems, applications, dedicated storage, network attached storage, and server storage into new or existing architectures, as well as relocating entire networks, systems and storage. Our staff performs technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for small, standalone to enterprise wide systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system lifespan to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, systems engineering, operation, maintenance, and disposal. We ensure that logical and systematic conversion of Customer or product requirements are transformed into total system solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints while meeting mission needs. We perform functional analyses, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definiton studies to translate requirements into hardware and software specifications.
