O&M Customer Support
Our team of customer support personnel provide 24 hour support 7 days per week to our federal customers. Our tier 2 personnel are there to insure our customers systems and personnel get the support their missions require.Brickner, Kelly & Associates (BKA) is a small corporation based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. BKA was founded by Michael Kelly and Barry Brickner in October 2005. Prior to the creation of BKA, the two friends worked closely on projects and in other companies supporting the nation's intelligence community. Both Barry and Mike were former government employees at one of the nation's eilite three letter agencies where they cut their teeth in intelligence tradecraft, information technology, programmatic business processes, and the bedrock of our nation's national intelligence apparatus. October 15th of 2020 BKA celebrated our 15th year entrusted with the Federal Government customer’s mission, and are proud to be a partner in our national intelligence apparatus.

Our principals, Mr. Brickner & Mr. Kelly have taken on Analytical reporting roles within the customer space to better understand and provide solutions that bring emerging information technology and analytical techniques together to provide the best services and support to the Federal Government customer base.

We have experience supporting the Federal Customer and numerous primes in various sub contractual capacities: IDIQ, T&M, and FFP. BKA has experience acting in Prime Contractor capacities. BKA has years of experience providing staffing augmentation needs to our primes while continuously adhering to strict submission criteria. BKA has successfully staffed critical need key positions on numerous contracts, resulting in excellent customer and prime contractor feedback. Our Open Ratings Report, which is compiled by Duns and Bradstreet, revealed scores in the 93-97 percentiles.
In addition to providing sub contract support to large primes, BKA has also established a presence within the customer space, by becoming well known for our Cyber Security acumen in the customer space, as well as our Digital Forensics capabilities. Our personnel draft policy guidance on Counter Intelligence topics, produce agency-wide guidelines and articles associated with the latest threats in the global war’s waged in cyberspace.
